Seeing all of these anti-bullying campaigns always makes me see a gigantic waste of money, but then I start thinking about if there is actually any possible way they can be a success. Is there any possible way to put an end to bullying or is this something that'll always be around much like tragedies?

No there will always be bullying because there will always be that kid that feels bad about himself and makes fun of others so he can feel bigger and stronger while making everyone else feel like shit.
