when two groups of bonobos come into conflict over borders they both gather near the boundary and line up like they're going to fight, then suddenly all the females rush the other side and start making out with both males and females of the opposing group. before you know it there's an orgy, and then they spend the rest of they day grooming each other.why don't we wage war like that? i'd be a soldier right now!
