Actually I quit forensics after handling some remains. So we were cataloging some cold case skelletal remains and one was the skull of an apparently latino male with mostof his teeth bashed Iin and a wounds consistent with blunt impact trauma, we decided correctly a claw hammer had been used. The skull was practically split in two.
The more disturbing one was a young probably caucasian female with a bullet would. Entry wound was on top of the skull and exited her soft pallate. The round was likely a .22 or other small caliber. She was likely on her knees with her head bowed, execution style. She would have known what was about to happen.
Anyway, after that semester I decided it wasn't for ne.
