SEOUL — The North Korean army said Thursday it had final approval to launch "merciless" military strikes on the United States, involving the possible use of "cutting-edge" nuclear weapons.
In a statement published by the official KCNA news agency, the General Staff of the Korean People's Army said it was formally informing Washington that US threats would be "smashed by... cutting-edge smaller, lighter and diversified nuclear strike means".
"The merciless operation of (our) revolutionary armed forces in this regard has been finally examined and ratified," the statement said.

Where I live they are smuggling lots n lots of Humans and on occasion boat drops them off directly on my beach. On occasions huge amounts of bags of pot along with the humans.
Boat carrying thousands of pounds of marijuana washed ashore on a North County beach early Tuesday, prompting a protracted search for a man who jumped from the vessel into the ocean to evade arrest.

The US might have gotten away with successfully launching and detonating two atomic bombs last century against civilians, but they certainly won't be able to do anything similar ever again.

I didn't say North Korea would be the ones stopping you. NK is merely a pawn for the US and China.
If it came to the point that the US started getting physically involved in NK (Sending troops, launching drone strikes) it would only cause even more tension between the two countries. Anyway all this is beside the point because none of it will be happening.
