So, I skipped my last class around 6 times, and my dad got a phone call home every time, but it was just an automated call and I just said I was late and they didn't mark me down. But, the actual teacher phoned him, and now he is going to phone my teacher back tomorrow. What should I do? Telling the truth would be so hard, and I would let my dad down so badly, and I've been doing that so often.
My sister says he's cried over me many times lately, and I don't know what he'd do if I told him I skipped.
I just don't know what to say, and I lied right to his face and said that I "haven't skipped a class since I went to that school".
Deny, deny, deny, stick with your story. I give that advice to people, but when it happens to you, it's so different.
I'm trying to change my ways, I just got my report card, and I passed Geography with a 53, my highest mark was a 68, I had 3 classes that semester. I now have 5, and I gotta sign up for Drivers Ed, and all this kind of stuff. I need to get my head straight, and grow up. I don't see what my future could be, because at this rate, I'll be a hobo.
I've never had a job, I've only went out for resumes, and then I threw the sheets out after 2 weeks of nothing.
I'm not particularly skilled in anything, but I can make people laugh, that's the best thing about me.
I still hold onto the memory of my old friends, and it get's me down like you wouldn't believe. They get disappointed in me when I don't talk to them, and they don't make an effort to talk to me, it's like I have to deal with everything, but they won't let me when I do try.
I just need some solid advice, I don't want to be scared into reality, even though that's what it may take. :\

Just fess up. Tell him the truth, and that you're trying to turn things around. If he gets angry, don't let it turn in to a fight. You were a dick, and he has a right to be angry. Let him yell at you or ground you or whatever he wants. But at the end of the day, show him that you're trying.

Gotta get it down, eh? But, I just don't know what to say, or how to say it. I did skip those classes and I have a feeling that the moment I walk out of his room and shut the door he's gonna tear up, I'm not a perfect kid, I'm not the best at anything but he still has unconditional love for me. I've screwed up so many times but he's never given up on me.

i did skip those classes except for one, i know that he didn't write me down once and i used that as an excuse for them all, for no reason at all, I didn't even do anything when I skipped them, i just did. i didnt want to tell you face to face because ive already let you down so much, you can wake me up before you go to work if you want to talk about it, i dont mind. im really, really, really sorry, you have no idea how bad i feel about it. i really am trying to be better at school and stuff, its just hard for me to change my ways because im stubborn. im sorry dad..
