The part about the senior homes concerns me the most. Understaffed, low-requirements and low pay, no wonder why it's so depressing for everyone involved in it.

When my grandmother went senile, I moved in with her to prevent that from happening. She had threatened us with a haunting. lol But seriously, those places are so bad for people who are still lucid. Thats why I sing, and dance, and tell jokes all day at work. Anything to improve morale.

All of my living grandparents (including my paternal grandfather that I never really get to see because he is a sociopathic cunt) are living well in their homes by themselves. My maternal grandfather passed away a few years back from prostate cancer and chose to die in his home in North Dakota. I will not let them live in a depressing senior home. If anything, I'd pay to move them to Australia where I hear they have an independent-living type group home where they live in their own apartment and have the option of calling for a caretaker.

Another problem is that some people are so afraid of nursing facilities (for good reason) so they stay home under unsafe circumstances. I've seen people who were stuck on their floor for days. One lady was trapped in a rocking chair on her porch, and fire ants ate her legs.

That's why I will be sending them to Australia if I can. They can just sell the house and move to the community.
