I've seen him appear here and there. I think maybe Sim was joking about banning all of China.

Yeah, I've seen that. Matt tries to post and gets banned up 10 times a day. Matt was never really banned here and I guess he keeps trying to post on TC cause its a challenge? It is a mystery...

One of the best dirty tricks on my part. A web site I use has a political forum on the ultra far Right. They banned me and I am not into ban evasion, but I decided to instruct them on Freedom of expression.
So with the ban in place I figured out the Admins ( Ishmael ) ISP and general micro city area in Chicago. He was using AT&T. So I found a local server I could port into. Did my high quality copypasta posts and sure enough I got banned. Adman of course discovered he had also blocked his own IP but it took him a few days to figure that part out.
Blocked he could not access any controls to figure out what was up.
