This is what I've come to associate with the word "Tea" since I don't have much of an expanded horizon on the drink.

Orange pekoe is good stuff with milk and sugar. It's a nice comfort tea.

It's as diverse as coffee really. My favorite teas are Earl Grey (Twinings makes a nice one) and Tazo Awake black tea. Also seconding Trptych's recommendation of drinking it in the British style with milk and sugar!

Try anything "Republic of Tea" green and red chai teas both have a great smell, they have an amazing white tea, and the lemon green is divine.

Yes, and other kinds as well. We have a nice Asian supply store in my area, so I get decorative tins of tea in flavors such as rose, litchi, green tea with plum etc. Just one more reason why I need a penpal.

I really like fruity teas/tisanes. They're kinda sweet on their own and smell so good.

Cathy search out your area with Yelp for English Tea shops. Also a number of class act high end hotels offer one of those special Tea services. They are great just great places to take a date to. Inexpensive with choices of Tea and unique finger sandwiches and other treats.

Once a super group of friends took me to one as a surprise for my Conception day celebration.

My mom actually makes it and all she does is boiling water with 1 teabag (lol, insert immature joke here) and then pours it into a picture then puts it into the refrigerator.

I've only drank it when it was cold with ice in it.
