That sounds like a perfect State Fair Food. You should open a booth, you'd be rich. I came up with the idea for deep fried bacon wrapped corn dogs a few years ago and never did anything with it. Last year it became one of the most popular new fair foods.

My next thought-invention for fair food is the deep fried pancake ball with a honey butter center covered in syrup and whipped cream. Pound cake waffles are good too, but those wouldn't be deep fried.

see, what it was was that i was making a joke about the deep fried coke or whatever it was that topped the deep fried twinky, and i said they could reinvent the corn dog by wrapping it with bacon and deep fry it. deep fried bacon wrapped corn dogs.
