She can't (successfully) sue you for not getting a divorce, because she can always get a divorce herself. Even if you ignored it or fought it, she could still get a divorce, so there's not any harm being done to her.
But when you eventually do get divorced, the length of time of the marriage may impact the way they calculate alimony and child support (if support is ordered at all). You or she may be able to establish that the marriage effectively ended prior to the divorce.
There's also the kid issue. There's probably a presumption that you're the father, and it may be possible for her to go after you for support. You can probably challenge it but I don't know what the time limitation is on that where you live. In many states, if you know you're not the father of a kid but don't challenge it for a period of time, you lose the option to fight it later.
