Yes. In its most advanced stages, autism manifests as an aura around the autistic that makes everybody nearby autistic too. Therefore, these super autistics are stored in deep underground psychiatric wards staffed by robots. They are often seen as super weapons on par with nukes, because if they were ever released then they could make an entire country autistic.

Not quite, but he is very close. He's currently at the stage where he himself is nearly the most autistic he can be. If he were to get even more autistic, say, he made a sonic recolour, his autism would start radiating from him and into nearby people.

Yes, super autism cannot cause autism in others through the Internet, it requires physical proximity to the super autistic.
Scientists have a theory that a super autistic could potentially develop further in an "überautist" that could radiate autism via things like telephones and the Internet, but this hadn't happened yet.
