OK U busted me - but fact is I have been cash poor for about 2 full years now. With houses so cheep as to sell for less then cost of materials I could not resist buy buy n over buy.
Then the harsh very harsh reality of cost to fix up n make ready to rent + finding trustworthy renters - That I got good at FAST - Contractors for repair fix up NOT SO MUCH.
All that is sorted out but but but as you no I end up re Condom fail with Harvard Med School 5 year all money up front and buy small car and too large a house in Boston Mass and well Cash flow no go
BUT BUT in about 10 days I get to buy back my Google Stock from Harvard Med and more more and clients two clients agree to pay in max 10 days as say SPRINT has been in errors for 3-6 months.
So Yes I do have the 20 well hummmmm I did give too much to St Judes and Veronica Mars only got $25 for my Movie producing role
