He'll go into the bathroom like once every thirty minutes (sometimes more frequently than that), close the door, flush the toilet, and then leave, all within about 5 seconds. What is he doing in there? I think I'm gonna do something bad to the handle. Like completely remove it. Because he's wasting a lot of water and it's stupid.

No, I've definitely considered it.
He's an old biker dude with a beard. He pretty much looks like someone who does drugs. He's kind of a sketchy fuck.
If that's the case though, I don't understand why he can't just do drugs in his own room.
