Also you need both headlights on. It's fucking dangerous. I've sometimes seen people driving on the freeway at night with no lights and cops just ignore them.

Depends on the area. Upper Peninsula is completely barren. Also, Texas cops, from what I've heard, are far more reliable in terms of being nice.

About 5 that is FIVE tymes I have speed past police cars and of course pulled over. Once from a stop at stop light and when light changed I hit the peddle n spun tires and of course was pulled over faster then speed of light.
Even asked me if I was stupid cause we made eye contact at the stop at stop light.
