So they didn't like it either? Considering Jon Stewart did worse. I personally had no idea about anti-semitism until Jewish Jon Stewart (inferior host to Craig Kilborn) on the Daily Show made tons of anti-semitic jokes and thought they're funny. I had watched stuff like Seinfeld which made some comments on Jewish people but it wasn't full of anti-semitic comments like Jon Stewart kept making when he was first host. I'm not jewish but I found Jon Stewart's stuff offensive. Oh and I thought Hitler was just crazy or something, not knowing why people had anything against jews, until thanks to a jewish host making anti-semitic jokes now I know all that stuff.
What I didn't like about the Oscars sketch was this. The bear-puppet character is all saying he was changing his name to Greenberg or something and saying he donates money to Israel. That's kinda a crock. I think a real Jewish person would be like change their name from Greenberg to Green (e.g. Seth Green, though his name was Gesshel-Green but same thing), and then a real jew would be like this video where he's yelling at a crowd of booing college kids, "I'm jewish. My father was a survivor of auschwitz. My mother a survivor of [some other city]. And because of the lessons they taught me, I'm against Israel's genocide of palestine."
