I have finally got a copy of Skyrim. What race should I pick? I like the lizard guy. How hard is this game with him?

Argonians are pretty useful. You can breathe underwater and get a spell that lets you regenerate health 10 times quicker.
You also start with extra points in the main stealth skills and light armour.
