My mom wants me to do it all at once. It's three difficult pages of work. I did one page, it took me like 30 mins. I took a 30 min break, repeat. I have one page left. Apparently I'm just "fucking around".

Not at all. Educational studies show that the most effective way to do homework is to do 30 minutes, then a 10 minute break, then 30 of work, 10 of break, etc. Also, do not do more than three hours TOTAL per night.
