Topic: Walter, how do you feel about transgender people?

Anonymous A started this discussion 13 years ago #25,841

Do you think they're disgusting? Do you think they can be sexy?

I am neither a supporter nor in opposition of the transgender community. I just wish to exploit their non-marginalized status, and that is why I was inspired to transition to a non-op butch lesbian.

However, I do find the MtF operation to be disgusting. I mean, they're turning their genitals inside-out. It makes me shudder just thinking about it.

What are your thoughts on Catherine?

Silly? And I doubt she'd like being called "it".

I thought transgenders wouldn't mind the use of a neutral pronoun.

"It" is commonly used as a derogatory term and probably for good reason too. Who the hell calls another human being an it?

There you go with your pre-conceived grammar barriers. Also, the word "queer" was considered derogatory.

"It" is just rude regardless of rather or not the person is transgender.

The taboo against singular second-person gender-neutral pronouns is a social construct.

"It" makes it sound like you're implying the person is an inanimate object.

"She" implies a ship, a bridge or a building. They are inanimate objects as well.
