From what I read, London will soon be more Islamic than Riyadh.

In all seriousness though, why would a Muslim sell pork or alcohol in the first place? Surely profiting off of forbidden stuff is bad in the eyes of Allah?

They can sell it to dirty infidels but they can't eat it themselves.

What, you've never seen a religious person twist their religion to suit their own ends?

I have, but at that point they should stop describing themselves as religious. I think either you should be in it 100% and follow all the rules to the best of your ability, or you should just not even bother with it. Which is why I'm a secular humanist.

lol, that's impossible. Religion is a mass of contradictions anyway. "Love thy neighbour but hate the gay", ect. And then there's the weird shit like sacrificing a pidgeon whenever a woman has her period. Hardly anybody follows a religion 100%.

My favorite example of Christian silliness is in America we have a product called Ezekiel 4:9 bread. And if you look it up in a Bible Ezekiel 4:9 says "Take thou also unto thee wheat, and barley, and beans, and lentiles, and millet, and fitches, and put them in one vessel, and make thee bread thereof" which sounds reasonable, God's own bread recipe. But if you read a few lines further, you find "And thou shalt eat it as barley cakes, and thou shalt bake it with dung that cometh out of man, in their sight." in Ezekiel 4:12 where the all-knowing-all-loving god commands his chosen people to eat bread baked with burning shit.

haha, wtf am I reading.
Perhaps the weirdest part is it says that it must be done "in their sight". God is commanding that people be forced to watch as their own shit burns and bakes them their food.

Which, come to think of it, sounds like something Matt would do. Did Krames MAtthews take Indy back to ancient Israel in the DeLoreæ so he could alter biblical scripture and start a bread company?

And Ehud reached with
his left hand, took the
sword from his right

his belly. And the hilt
also went in after the
blade, and the fat closed
over the blade, for he did
not pull the sword out of
his belly; and the dung
came out.

Being a Cancelled Jew myself and this is 100% truthful, I make a point of eating pork on Jewish holidays. Because I fail to know the dates of those holidays, on occasion I am pissed I missed a holiday and the pork to celebrate my break from that religion. Pisses me off they use a different calendar so memory of a date fails to work.

Absolutely. For a long tyme I avoided dating a Jewish girl. Years later I fell in love with one. Ended up joining her for one of the high holiday dinners with her congregation. At the tyme she was an on air CNN reporter. Loved really loved her but that Religion and her need to follow it was difficult.
But the clincher was that Holiday dinner. It will be the last event of that type in my life. Could list serious reasons why. Odd how I enjoy movies that portray Hasidim and other Orthodox Jewish topics.
I worked and lived n Israel and taught an Engineering course in Haifa. Was a good thing most of the Jews I spent tyme with were only cultural Jews.
