Pour one ounce of Head and Shoulders into his water (cats lick themselves so it's important to make sure the shampoo gets in their mouths). If that doesn't work in a week, add two ounces of Head and Shoulders. Keep going until the cat is cured.

Cat dandruff is not particularly harmful but it can be a sign of poor health or poor diet. Treat it by daily brushing and use a suitable cat shampoo. Add some oily food to your cats diet or a daily pat of butter or spread.
There is ample advice on Google.

You will find that some Google sites do not recommend the use of human shampoos as they can result in eye damage. Best use a veterinary approved cat shampoo and follow the instructions.
Also read through these Yahoo answers that give simple concise advice.

Salmon and Tuna are the main ingredients in the Purina Pro Plan I feed my cat. I doubt you feed your cat any better. Or you feed your cat some god damn hippy diet that you think is healthier when really it's giving your cat the dandruff problems.
