It's arctic cold in the winter, there's no jobs and "urban" crackheads are always either shooting you or burning your house down. Is it really worth it to save a few dollars on living cost?

It isn't "arctic cold" in the winter here (unless you find 17F to be "arctic") and Metro-Detroit is majority white. And you can get a historical mansion in an all-white community for about $300,000 here.

It's true though. I was job hunting last week and like half the jobs required bilingual in Spanish. I can seriously see English being a dead language here in the next generation or two.
