Mine is the tall, curly-haired, politically-incorrect, outspoken racist. I just don't know why.

You should be ashamed.

This is a discussion thread. The poll thread ended a while back. Another thread would be redundant.

Jeremy > James >>>>>>> Richard

Why do you hate Richard, to4str?

James MAy obviously. He's so organized and polite and kind. He's the only one I'd want as a neighbor.

He is the best person, but Jeremy Clarkson is just the best to hang out with at the bar/pub.

He is seen as the "cute one". Jeremy is a loudmouth prat and people either love him or hate him.

The funny one. The one who kept crashing the robin.

Apart from self indulgent entertainment is there any other point to Top Gear. It provides nothing to the auto industry and tests vehicles most ordinary people will never own. Their football games wreck up to 10 cars to make little or no point and they are paid a fortune. Easy money.

The old Top Gear (pre-2002) was a useful car show where they would test drive normal cars (and some exotic stuff occasionally) and give consumer advice on things like which used cars are the most reliable, etc. Now it's all about million dollar supercars and blowing shit up. But it did begin as an informative car show.

Now it's basically like professional wrestling with cars. They even have a stage show now. It's getting ridiculous.

If I want to watch a car show, I watch Jay Leno's Garage or DRIVE on YouTube.

There was actually an episode recently where Hammond went to Mexico. Now I can see why he was so nervous about it.

They had to travel to the border. He could've done a fantastic run through Alaska where the closest border is Canada, but he decided to stick to the southwestern states.
