The story that English was created in a reptilian lab was a myth perpetuated by the Bavarian Illuminati. English first came to the British Isles when a group of Samurai teamed up with Somali pirates to fight time-traveling Nazis who were polluting Earth's future timelines after winning the German-Japanese Cold War in an alternate future. The space Nazis detonated a chroniton bomb that hurled the Samurai and Somali pirates back to 8th century England, where they were forced to settle. The coincidental similarities between English and Anglo-Saxon have been played up throughout history and historical texts have even been rewritten to keep us from the truth.
The reptilians later engineered the Norman conquest and changed the language in the 11th century to further their own agenda. The Bavarian Illuminati tried to uncover this move by the reptilians, but humanity's understanding of the story ended up garbled when the Illuminati's propaganda was suppressed through mind control by visiting grey aliens from Zeta Reticuli. While modern English may have been largely engineered in a reptilian lab, the roots of the language actually go back to Japanese and Somali.
