Whenever I trim my toenails, I like to eat the clippings. Sometimes I chew them off directly.

I did that for a while, but then one got caught in my throat pretty bad. Normally I find that far from troublesome and sometimes even pleasurable, but that time it ended up scraping through and coming out my neck. It stung like a bitch pulling that thing out, and as delicious as unwashed toenails are, no meal in the world is worth a hole in my neck.
