You are a child on one of the pedo islands like Pitcairn, Australia, or New Zealand. You get chased around by various famous Internet pedophiles and your goal is to escape molestation and worse. Bosses would include Negi, DM, mountainman, to4str, and finally Kimmo.

I see it as a survival FPS/RPG hybrid. In the survival part of the game you have to run and shoot but with very limited ammo (like Resident Evil) so you have to be tactical and pick your battles cause you only have like 4 or 5 bullets at any given time. In the RPG part, you can level up your weapons, skills and health by trying to troll AnonTalk without getting shitlisted (the game will have extremely advanced grammar and spell checking AI, a working TrollBuster2000, and will be filled with real AnonTalk posts and bulletins taken from the bulletins.iwantabro archives for authenticity).
Maybe also have the option of playing as Chris Hansen as an unlockable character.

Kimmo can be the dictator of the island, and is trying to build "the best country in the world" (this of course meaning rampant pedophilia, by his definition). The player has to make at least five quality posts on AT a day in order to Recieve food tokens to survive, as Kimmo has restricted the island's food and water reserves to quality AT contributors.
Also, Chris Hansen can be like a sort of special weapon. The player can call him in every so often to send all pedos in the area fleeing.
