I like showers more, I guess. When I do take baths, I have the water running the whole time with the drain open so I'm not bathing in my filthy water.

That's a great idea and I would actually do that if I didn't have this fucking water meter. I also have a feeling the water would leave my bath faster than it entered due to the very very old taps & piping.

Shower. They feel cleaner. And the bathroom is communal, I highly doubt the bathtub is very clean.

Partially. People can infect open wounds, or surgical sites by bathing, instead of showering. Also, its harder and more dangerous to lower a person into a tub, instead of sitting them on a seat in a shower.

thats not true at all. Regular soap doesnt even kill germs, it just washes them off into the water.

no it isnt. The purpose of soap is to help break down proteins so that they wash away. People used soap without germicides for a very long time. Also, antibacterial soap doesnt kill germs in water.
