I don't eat meat today, but strangest I've eaten and very much regret eating is pig intestines... or ox tails. Fml for being born & raised in the South East.

I've had eel, squid, octopus, various types of roe, thousand year eggs, pheasant, goose, alligator, buffalo, venison, head cheese, and goat.

Horse meat. There was this place called "Horse burger" damn that shit was delicious. They also had sausages made of horse meat. Best hot dogs (or well, hot horsies) I've ever eaten.
