The answer is no, because he doesn't exist.

ok, so there's actually an answer for this, it's pretty clever.
so it goes, yes, God can create a rock that is so heavy he couldn't lift it.
but that doesn't mean that god isn't all powerful.
see, god can create a robotic exoskeleton to assist him with lifting the rock,
and with such a device God would have infinite lifting ability despite whatever he might create.
paradox resolved.

He's not weaker than a mech, he's way stronger, but to lift a rock so heavy he couldn't lift it God used his incredible powers of engineering to make an exoskeleton to help him lift that one extra atom that makes the rock too heavy.

So really the suit would only need to lift 1 atom, which isn't very strong.

This solution really just reverses the question. Now it's "can god make a mech stronger than himself?". Yes or no, it raises questions about that whole "all-powerful" schtick.

But god made the mech with his power, so it's just his power represented as a wearable robotic exoskeleton.

But without it he can't lift it. You know, you're right, this is probably a semantical problem.

I think hir point was God could still augment his own power to lift said rock. So is God all powerful? I guess you could look at it that way. My response to that would be: Could man not do the same if given enough time?

We don't think of man as omnipotent because we know we are mortal and despite our resilience we're still vulnerable to organic or psychological damage.

Anyway, point is God's a cyborg.

But the point of "all-powerful" is that his power would never need augmenting, or even really be possible to augment. If it needs augmenting to lift a rock that's too heavy for him then it implies that he wasn't "all-powerful" before.

Of course he can make a rock he can't lift. He doesn't do so for the same reason he doesn't give himself a cock so big he can fuck himself in the ass until it bleeds. Nobody with power purposely uses it to fuck themselves over. When they do, it's by accident. It's only God's decision to be infallible which keeps him from making the rock he cannot lift. That, and the fact he is imaginary.
