Depends on how it's done, I think. Classical works through making an association with an given stimulus, which in the case of @47,023 (Ash Ketchup !iC5Sra0Wb2) would be carrying the basket. I assume that the guy trained the dog by giving it treats/praise when it carried the basket. That would be classical conditioning.
Operant conditioning is all about consequences for an action, and its affect on behaviour. I'm a little hazy on it, though.
Okay, Googled. It would be classical as it introduced a completely new (conditioned) response to a neutral stimulus (the basket). Operant is more about refining pre-existing responses.
