i wanna fucking know who they're dating, also i think everyone who doesn't say who it's with is either lying or dating someone they met online.

In most cases, their partner isn't displayed because their partner isn't friends with you and their privacy settings don't allow you to see them.

In other words, they're lying.

I don't have a fb, my gf does. So while her page says "in a relationship" it doesn't say who with because there's no account for her to be in a relationship with.

What grinds my gears: Facebook, the dumb creator, Mark, and most of the users.

You can never be sure. You better make a Facebook.

I don't care enough to do that.

What's wrong with dating someone they met online?

Anonymous H joined in and replied with this 13 years ago, 25 minutes later, 2 hours after the original post[^] [v] #385,200

@OP
That's happened to me. I was in a relation with someone and it said "In a relationship with [person]" but then the person ended the relationship (on FB and IRL) but I didn't update mine yet and it changed to just "In a relationship".

Or it could also mean that the person is in a relationship with someone who doesn't have a Facebook, or they just want to keep it private.

Maybe they're in a relationship with someone not on Facebook, dumbass. Get a life and stop creeping on people.

Mine is currently set to single, however if in a relationship that's what I put. People don't need to know who I'm dating. I don't even have the girl I'm dating as a friend lol. I rarely use Facebook anyway, but still. Facebook is old and people just don't care as much.

I sincerely believe Facebook harms more relationships than it helps. It posts from " X went from in a relationship to single" for everyone to see if 2 parties break up. A public decry of heart break is kinda sucks for the heart broken.
