Try that - Internet cyber crime's - Do you see KP listed? No so maybe YOU look at the main page and select FBI FAQ http://www.fbi.gov/about-us/faqs - So you look at right hand list and select - FBI Investigations - huge amount of "stuff" to read.
List of crimes - clothes they wear - want a job? on and on - terror crimes - white collar - whew you will get lost in all of it.
OK so out of frustration you place the word Child in the search box. Try that. Drop down list - no kp listed. Intelligent I am! So try Child Porn. Leads to a Google like (its Google) a list of major busts by FBI. Hummmmmmm where is the report point - portal - how to report??? Not there.

I think this is a key in a lot of sexual deviances. Knowing that what you are doing is wrong can make the experience more intense. I personally am a voyeur and a a tad bit of an exhibitionist. I remember once seeing my neighbors having sex through their window so I snuck up to it and watched for a bit. I didn't stay long, but when I went back home I fapped to an intense orgasm while the adrenalin was still going. I imagine that viewing child pornography is to some extent the same. I think this is a key in a lot of sexual deviances. Knowing that what you are doing is wrong can make the experience more intense. I personally am a voyeur and a a tad bit of an exhibitionist. I remember once seeing my neighbors having sex through their window so I snuck up to it and watched for a bit.
