Choice 2: Kids 9-15, shooting spitballs at you, sticking gum everywhere, coughing without covering their mouths so you get swine flu, screaming, and doing all the irritating thing kids that age range do

AC said where he lives the city busses subtitute for school busses (which if you have no idea are full of these types of little shits) and also there's crack deals happening there too.
So he really should get rid of the kids first. Focus on priorities.
School busses are a huge pain in the ass to follow when driving. They drive 1/3rd the speed limit. It's usually illegal to pass them. They stop all the time and then by law both lines of traffic must stop. If you get stuck behind one, you either must break the law to pass it or you will be guaranteed late to wherever you got to go to.
