I'm gonna sound like a total newb here. I don't know. I just use dumbbells, so I'm not sure what I could actually lift. I just do a shitton of repetitions.

As a beginner, you should be lifting for strength. That means low reps (like 5) and higher weights. As you start out, the weight you can do will increase rapidly because your CNS is adapting to recruit mroe muscle fibers.
After you get a solid foundation, then you can lift for hypertrophy (8+ reps). Doing high reps before then is a waste of time because you are not fully recruiting your muscle fibers anyway.

15 pound weights, I do about 20 of each exercise I do around 5 times each. Also a myriad of push ups.

Yeah, way too many reps.
Don't waste your time with pushups. After a certain point calisthenics are just cardio.
Get a proper gym membership. YOu need to be adding weight not reps during each workout.

I figured I was getting a workout from using the dumbbells. Am I not?

Look, I don't want to be wasting my time. But I can't really afford a gym membership right now.

Is 15 lbs the heaviest weights you have?

Yeah. I remember doing P90X and it was pretty much all dumbbells when it came to weight training. Wouldn't it just mean I'm going to have to spend more time exercising?

No. It doesn't work like that.
With 15 lbs you can forget about seeing visible changes. Ever.
Doesn't your college have a gym? Almost all of them do.

no, if you want to gain strength you need to lift progressively heavier weight.
that being said if you can't do a full set of delta pushups then you don't need heavy weights yet.
what you have would be great for tricep curls and all that, uh, over the head press business.

Yes. In the homosexual community, when a guy asks for a protein shake it means he wants to suck cock. I think postmortem is trying to come out.

And here is an obvious case of latent homosexuality. He is only going to the gym to get his fix of 'protein shakes'.
