Any way, studies have shown that where there is a more lax nature to brothels, there is a 48% drop in the number of rapes commited. Why aren't brothels legalised?

I read the topic n b4 a reply I hit Wiki to look at the laws in England. Prostitutes are legal there and brothels are not. I guess in England the law wants the girls out on the streets and perhaps this is a good business plan re hotels must do ok.
