Over a lot of years and with a lot of women in intimate relationships and friendships.
PMS is a very real mean beast. Some women are lucky and its not a problem, others.....very much a problem for them and EVERY ONE AROUND THEM!
A couple three tymes in my career, I ended up managing a huge number of women. Large electronics operations - First tyme it was a infamous defense contractor run by a strange whacky owner of fame.
Me young Engineer and my first gig as a supervisor for a crash program in total dependent on women to do almost the impossible re a critical part. I gained fame but only for a short while. I figured out which gal was about to start her period and this was all mental re keeping track. So I wood re-assign them to a less critical part of the program. Quality and Quantity of production SKYROCKETED.
Made me a very famous dude where the competition was against 60,000 total employees. Got bonus and quick raise and then that DAY When the gals put haids 2Getter and figured out how I did it. They ended up making me a short timer as my first management gig so I crashed and burned and walked away with tail between my legs. PMS can sure mess up the work place if you let it and if you try and control it as I did - Fail -
Later years later I put myself in a similar management role and took over a production managers slot. 100's of women and that tyme I did so much better with how to deal with PMS. All it takes is just one rotten apple to spoil the barrel they say and I used a higher form of wot to do when PMS ragged on. No fame on that gig but I got the job done long term to solve a critical problem.
In relationships where PMS was - I learned to take business trips lol or go fishing or mountain climbing. Once on a mountain climb with GF in full PMS mode was almost the death of me. One does not criticize a gal with PMS on her hardware technique and asking for a more better knot or suggesting she try a different hand hold and ending up with ROCK Tossed in mhy Face - Lesson larned.
