What if marijuana was legalized nation-wide, and alcohol was banned nation-wide? A "trade-off" so to speak...Don't bother going off about how it would be regulated, sold, and taxed -- that's not what this is about. How would you feel about these two law-changes and how would it affect you personally?
This is all hypothetical, of course. Do you think this would hypothetically be a good idea? Why or why not?

I wouldn't take that trade off. I think weed should be legal, but I think banning alcohol would be just as stupid. I enjoy alcohol, and prohibition doesn't work.
