Don't know why you're so curious about this shithole, but I'll do my best to explain.
Most of people here are catholic, tho it's more tradition these days than it has to do with religion. People are actually mad at the church these days, butthurt everywhere it's pretty funny.
The locals aren't really rude to me, but they can be such idiots it's crazy.
Also, folks ain't really happy and polite either, they are just... cold neutral, zombie like. It's weird, I don't like it, specially when you deal with government agencies, people working there are a special breed of retardedness.

It's the balkan nature in people that's fucked beyond repair. I argue with neighbours about stuff I shouldn't.
I let them park in my backyard, and when it was snowing I showeled the snow in front of my house from the streets into my backyaed so cars could pass. And the idiots start assaulting me like, why did I showel in their parking spots (my backyard lol).
Or That time I almost got electrocuted fixing my neighbours door bell, rewiring half of his house afterwards to fix what was wrong with it. And they start bitching how I left the house dirty after not charging a penny for all the work I've done. Lol... give them a finger they will take the whole hand.
Also, the church... they built a huge palace last year, with the outside covered in onyx stone lol, spent a shitload of cash on panorama elevators and swimming pools for popes while preaching for more donations in crisis times. Now they are politically active, sticking their nose into schools and sex education. Everyone mad at the church, but still go to church every sunday.
