If we go into a recession again, I hope the price of gas goes down like the last time.

I blame conservatives. Obama went to them with a nice offer that included 1.5 trillin in spending cuts and he raised his limit for tax increases from 225,000 to 400,000 and was willing to go to 500,000 in earnings before a tax increase.
Of course the republicans said no and failed to offer a compromise solution. It's the same kind of obstructionist stonewalling that has been going on for years by the republicans. They refuse to compromise. Republicans are selfish, narrow minded, and short sighted. If they can't get their way, the refuse to even play the game.
It's fucking stupid.
Also, it was congress, a republican congress, that created the fiscal cliff in the first place. It had to do with extending the debt ceiling last year, they put this in to effect because they refused to compromise back then too!
No, the fiscal cliff was the republicans doing, don't blame Obama for it, blame Boheber. It's the republicans fault congress can't reach a deal.
Lol, and the republicans counter bill, what they called plan B, couldn't even get enough republicans to vote for it to pass! LOL! Talk about a broken party, the republicans are so fucked up right now the whole country is fucked.

The sad part is that the sheeple will eat up all the bullshit the Republicans feed them about this being the Dem's fault.

I don't think so, i think the republicans are dying, in 15 years they won't even be relevant anymore. They are marginalizing themselves.
I love how conservatove attempts to sideline black voters in the last election actually polarized black voters and brought more out to the polls. It greatly contributed to mitt romneys loss.
Eventually it'll be nothing but blacks and latinos that matter, and the old white GOP won't have anyone left alive who listens to them.
And i think the more apparent it is that republicans only plan is obstruction, the more young people will leave the GOP for more sensible pastures.

I hope so. I think you're being optimistic about the amount of gullible voters, but they're definitely going to become irrelevant in the long-term if they keep going as they are. The idiots.

@377,808 (squeegee) > you probably really think they are actually proposing spending cuts.
