You should be wearing a 3 piece suit to an interview for any job worth having. Hopefully, that will cover up your neck tattoo. If it doesn't, you will have a hard time finding work.

Yes, but it isn't that simple. For one I hate long sleeved shirts on hot days. Winter would be fine but in 30+ degree heat sleeves get uncomfortable very quickly. I probably will never work in an office. For a lot of jobs it doesn't seem to matter, but each employer is different I guess.

If you're going to get a job on a front desk or whatever that would be an issue and you would probably be asked to cover them up, but if it's in a back office and you're already hired then there's not really that much wrong with it unless the manager is a dick about it. But as long as people like you that is less likely to happen because there is an aura of support about you, they're more likely to say "Oh we'll give it a chance and see how it turns out". If you're unfriendly and shit then people would probably be glad to see you go.
Also of course it gets easier if they don't look like shit. Have you considered getting a tattoo that does not extend below the elbows?

I already have tattoos, but I running out of room. Once I have a half sleeve finished (which is easily concealable with certain t-shirts), I'm thinking of doing inside my upper arm (the whole bicep area), then a little elbow tattoo as well. The tattoos are presentable, don't look like prison tattoos or shit like that. I've seen police officers with more tattoos than I plan on getting. I think there's a lot less prejudice around tattoos in this country than there ever has been.

That doesn't really sound too bad, I wouldn't hold it against you except in specific circumstances. I'd say maybe come up with 'cut-off points' on your body that you cannot allow a tattoo to go upon. Like put on a suit and then imagine a buffer zone about 1.5-3 cm big between the parts of the suit where skin is visible and the maximum tattoo area just so you have an easier time at interview. So definitely not the hands or neck or face or anything like that.
