How's being off your meds treating you today?

oh yeah that... Well it's flipped my world upside down but not necessarily in a bad way. I feel more clear headed and productive, yet more easily confused and awkward. And i'm dizzy all the time. It's sort of like being off drugs feels like being on new crappy ones- but after all, it's really just withdrawl symptoms from antidepressants so i understand what my brain is going through and i can overcome it all. if going cold turkey off a mere 5mg does this to a person, i can't imagine what higher doses would do. must be pretty shitty.

Sometimes it's easier to taper off, slowly decreasing the dosage. If you feel okay handling the withdrawal and can pull through it successfully, good for you man!
