Well, now the gun debate is back on, and it looks for real this time, the election is over and the president is talking about it. We'll lose high capacity magazines for sure, maybe even foldable stocks and the like.

Also the dems are talking including "grandfathered" weapons in the ban, possibly making large numbers of guns straight up illegal to own. That'd be something.

Of course it'll end up a pretty washed up bit of legislation, but it's still looking like a good time to go ahead and buy an assault rifle. I will be looking into this attachment, op.
Thanks.

Sounds useless.

good point. it does come with an ATF certification so it can't be all that great.

Accessories like folding stocks seem harmless, but the thing in OP's video looks pretty stupid.

Congress can't even figure out how to reduce the deficit and spending, let alone agree on any sort of gun control. The house is controlled by the republicans and voting yes on any gun legislation would cause them to lose their seat; republicans will just filibuster the senate for the same reasons. Its a fools errand to even try implementing any sort of laws restricting ownership right now, if you look at what happend to the democrats after the AWB you will see they made a huge mistake and paid for it with their seats. By the time any sort of legislation is drawn up or voted on, people will have moved on from the shock of what happened.
