The only problem I have is talking to real people. I can barely keep a conversation going and I get nervous in large groups. Starting group therapy and CBT soon though.

I don't thin ADD is even in the DSM-5 anymore. They just call it all ADHD, and I'm the same way. I don't really have any hyperactivity problems, I just have problems with focus and motivation, and often forget what I'm doing or where I'm going, what I'm supposed to be doing, and where I put things (particularly when I put them down without thinking about it, which happens often.)
Schizophrenia because I often feel like other people can hear my thoughts (I'm level-headed enough to know they can't, but I can't help but feel like they can), I sometimes feel like demons are possessing me, telling me to do things (again, level-headed, know it's not real, have never acted on any violent thought), and I do sometimes have moodswings/outbursts indicative of someone with bipolar or schizophrenia, but they could just be symptoms of my ADHD.
I used to take Adderall XR and Strattera, and I'm trying to get back on them, but they're really cautious about who they give these drugs to now. I have to go through a month of therapy before I finally see the psychiatrist to get the drugs.

I just got some Adderall XR, I'm going to be taking some today. I looked the DSM V thing, and from the looks of it they're going to make ADD and ADHD seperate disorders instead of just subtypes. But who knows?
