Go sightseeing! I'd say go on a pub crawl but since you're underage that's not an option. See if you can sit in on a session of parliament. I was there for like a week and a half and I didn't get to see a lot of stuff that I wanted to. The British Museum alone is MASSIVE. I was there for hours and didn't even get off the first floor.
