To me all of this analyzing of the situation seems unnecessary to me. It's a tragic story, but that's all it is. My sympathies go out to those affected.

It's analysed because people hope it will provide insight into what exactly went wrong and how best we could act to be prevent anything similar occurring in the future. I for one support arming all kindergarten children so they can adequately defend themselves against aggressors.
