I mean, who cares that you have to announce things like "Now I'm going to do this or that." Even if you are mildly retarded and can't seem to keep your mental changelog to yourself, do you have to act so robotic about it?
I was referring to people saying it to themselves under their breath albeit very audibly if you're near them.

Well, I mean in a grossly over-used manner. For example, like if someone you work with has to constantly say outloud "I've done this, now I'm going to do that" for literally every single thing they do. Once in a while is all right, but being repetitive for hours on end is kind of pushing my limits.
