Topic: Thai food is really easy to make.

Image went missingToday I made a variation of drunkard's noodles, I only had ramen noodles, but this shit is awesome. If you like Thai food, learn how to make a simple dish like this, it's really cheap and easy. I think I probably have $2.50 worth of ingredients in this dish and it's enough to feed probably 4 people.

Drunkard's noodles are kinda like the Thai gumbo, you just go with the basic idea. I put eggs, carrots, onions, and a bell pepper in mine, but a whole variety of shit would work. The flavor/spicy mostly comes from the sauce anyway.

No, I don't have a camera, but what I made looked very similar (most similar pic I could find).

In Thailand different parts of country use very different noodles to make a version of that dish. Ramen noodles are more then acceptable. Usually Rice noodles of many types are used as well as Mung bean noodles. Finding Rice noodles in USA is easy, but beware about instructions on packages. When they say cook for 3 mins or 10 mins nonononononono

They only require soaking in warm water from 10-20 mins before use and be careful to not over cook as they turn quickly to GLOP.
