Yes, the uploads are working if you go to imgur. But you can't use the image here, nor upload it from here.

When that happens try replacing the extension. Usually works.

If http://i.imgur.com/gmvRM.gif won't load, try http://i.imgur.com/gmvRM.jpg or http://i.imgur.com/gmvRM.png - it will still load fine, and if it's a gif it will still animate.
