I'm just depressed about Cupcake. I miss her, and I wish we were still together, she really did mean the world to me. But I screwed it up, and now she can't trust me, and we'll probably never be together again, and I also think I deserve that. I don't really get attached to people, and I certainly don't fall in love. But I fell in love with Cupcake, and it was an amazing experience. I still do love her. It makes me sad that even when I really do care about someone I still manage to screw it up, and hurt them.

I am curious as to how people in Nigeria who legitimately need financial assistance solicit it. Surely at least one Nigerian is down on their luck, and needs assistance. It's rather troubling to me that scammers have ruined opportunity for hopeful, and well intentioned Nigerians. Not only that but the frauds have also left the world with a bad taste for Nigeria, which is not fair to Nigeria. The world makes me sad often.

It is in fact 100's of millions a year all over the world. Months after 60 minutes did a major expose of how rich Nigerians have become. Nigerian scams experienced their best set of months ever.
About 6 years ago I replied to one of the scammers and let it play out for a few weeks but got real bored with it. A truly bright Nigerian who is in need of cash could do a reverse scam on one of the scammers.
What it takes is a true believer. Recently Republican true believers left several Billion dollars on the table for grabs by the likes of Thee via Intrade and Betfair.
Legit gambling cough cough, I mean Investing nor was there a minute when suckers weren't easy to find to take the investment.
Over the years I have been to Nigeria but only for a few days at a time. Very nice people and uniquely quick on the draw. Back in my UCLA days I hung out with a very nice guy who honestly thought he would return as their King. He was a for real prince with his dad as King. I doubt he got his wish nor did his first wife go for being one of Three.
