You could just remove the old TL, yes, but that will wipe the memory capacitors on the Barnes unit. I would suggest that you temporarily disable the new SV+, then wire past the old TL to a spare transductance coil. This should perpetuate the waveform while you take the old TL out, and with the SV+ disabled it won't give you superdyne interference. At this point you have a choice of installing a new TL or just trusting the SV+ to do the job. Personally, I would trust the SV+, but it does mean you'll have to use a Barclay adapter in the TL slot. Then just reactivate the SV+ and you should be ready to go.

Corrected as you see with my edit, the sentence makes perfect common sense with current technologies. This is the kind o stuff I grew up on/with. Cell phone technology uses a heap load of Hilbert Transforms.

lol, you obviously don't know about the Hilbert -space rectifier.
yeah, it's new.
you could have one too, but they're pretty hard to find. you'd have to know a guy

but i guess you can't expect everyone to keep up with bleeding edge VXing.

I cannot keep up with everything. Years ago a young and sharp engineer I hired, used the Hilbert Transform to design a very complex active filter set. It was truly elegant on paper and only needed just one impossible to procure component. Perhaps YOU can come up with it?

Its just fun techno fapping using Physics and Chemistry Science and much of it is almost doo~able in some cases and just silly out of limits or exotica inventions only possible in some alternate universe.
