I am working two fucking jobs. I have yet to receive a paycheck from either. Mardi Gras is here, and all of my friends will be out having fun. I will be sitting at home alone because I am fucking broke. Why is God so damn mean?

It generally takes a month or so when you first take a new job for your check to be set up and sent. Even then the first check you get is always miniscule (in my experience at least) and the rest from there better reflect how much you have worked.
